An Export to CSV that uses UTF-8 encoding produces incorrect results for Korean, Japanese, and Russian characters in SAS Field Quality Analytics.

To work around this issue, follow the steps below:

Open Excel.
On the Data tab, select From Text option ► select the file to be opened ► click Import.
In the Text Import wizard, select File origin as Unicode(UTF-8) ► Next ► Next ► Finish.
